Unitu is excited to announce its partnership with London Metropolitan University (London Met).
The implementation period started at the end of December 2020. The Interiors department (part of the School of Art, Architecture, and Design), launched our platform at the beginning of March 2021.
The pilot includes a total of 218 students of which 69% are already using the platform.
London Met wants to focus on collating real-time representative feedback and increase the visibility of how the university is acting on students’ feedback. Another one of the department’s goals is to analyze patterns and trends of student satisfaction during the academic year.
London Metropolitan University is a public research university in London, England. It was created in 2002 by the merger of the University of North London and London Guildhall University. London Met has six schools, 5 of which are based in the London Borough of Islington and one in Aldgate.
The end of the pandemic and the ease of restrictions suggest a sense of returning to normality. Last year, despite being challenging, created space for a lot of innovation and become a driving force for improvement.
