Dr. Margaux Whiskin is a distinguished scholar with a rich academic background and a passion for comparative literature. Her doctoral research at the University of St Andrews explored the intricate relationship between narrative structure and philosophical discourse in works such as Tristram Shandy and Jacques le fataliste. Beyond her scholarly pursuits, Dr. Whiskin has made significant contributions to academia, serving as an academic convenor for the SSLC at her department, the School of Modern Languages and Cultures, for the last 10 years. She has also taken on leadership roles such as the Student Voice lead and Student Engagement Coordinator for the Arts Faculty, ensuring that student perspectives are valued and integrated into decision-making processes.
